In-Home Household/Personal Care Product Evaluations

During the In-Home Household/Personal Care Product evaluation, I will evaluate any and all cleaning and personal care products you would like. After the evaluation, I will share a detailed report of up to 10 different products along with custom recommendations on non-toxic product alternatives including (makeup, toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, lotions, sunscreen, and a variety of soaps (hand, dish & laundry) and any cleaning products including where to purchase these products locally. In addition, I will demonstrate how to utilize FREE, EASY-to-use app where you can look up a wide variety of products to find toxic ingredients in all your packaged products.
Why would I want a Cleaning/Personal Care Product Evaluation?
The products we use in our house, and on our bodies play a major role in health. Perhaps you’ve heard of the negative impacts of chemicals like phthalates and parabens, and now make a concerted effort to avoid these chemicals in the products you buy. What most people don’t know, is that as companies begin to phase these known toxins out of their products, there are 100’s of other (lesser known - “EPA approved”) chemicals that are companies use as artificial fragrances, preservative’s (such as BHA & BHT, and other formaldehyde & formaldehyde-Releasers), and artificial dyes. Not to mention forever chemicals (PFAS) and heavy metals! Essentially, we are inundated with a variety of toxins in our products that are known endocrine (hormone) disruptors and potentially cancer causing agents.
Fortunately, there are many great, natural, non(or less) toxic alternatives to the products we use everyday! Having an In-Home Product Evaluation can be a great way to begin to identify some of the toxic products you’re using, and find out about product alternatives to help meet your cleaning and personal care needs.
